my husband and i got pr together last August. and we left singapore because my husband's work since then, in our case ,if we have any chance to be citizens two years later?

Mostly tough if you are not residing in Singapore permanently.

Citizens? Not likely. You'll be lucky to be able to even keep your PR once you have to renew your re-entry permit. Unless, of course, his employer is a Singaporean company and he's still being paid in Singapore and paying taxes & CPF in Singapore. If not, nah.
