Marrying a WP in SG

Hi,

Just want to check...

If I (a SG citizen male) marry a PRC WP holder in SG,
Can she give birth here without losing her WP (or worse, deported back)?

Any approvals needed for giving birth?

I know we need marriage approval letter from MOM to get married though.
