Congratulations. See Virginia, there is a Santa Clause! (Who's afraid of Virginia Wolfe - the movie)
It's like the LPR from last week, we have weeks on end of bad news and then out of the blue a ray of sunshine. This is the problem when ICA & MOM hold all the cards, and keep 'em tightly to their collective chests! We only have anecdotal evidence to go by. But what most don't realize (and in the next three days you will see countless posters asking what was your situation and how did you word it, yadda, yadda, yadda. They just cannot understand that each and every John Doe who applies is a different person, with a slightly different background, work history, salary range and academic qualifications (and scores). Each and every point on a application is given a weightage and if enough weightage falls into the green range you get your PEP, PR, Citizenship. Nothing else will work. The problem is, while then don't necessarily change the criteria, they do tighten up on it and maybe tweak the points from time to time.

SOME PEOPLE TRY TO TURN BACK THEIR ODOMETERS. NOT ME. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW WHY I LOOK THIS WAY. I'VE TRAVELED A LONG WAY, AND SOME OF THE ROADS WEREN'T PAVED. ~ Will Rogers
