Singapore is a very strict country.
Almost anything that comes in need to be check.
We cannot afford a crisis like SARS in such a small country.
Checks have to be done.
Bringing animals into Singapore including rabbits may need to be approved by our government agency AVA.
AVA is in charge of checking for import and export of food and animals.
You will need to tell your airline about this rabbit and they should be able to tell you how to pack your rabbit in cargo area and subject to quarantine by AVA when it arrives.
Quarantine by AVA will be charged a fee and they will definitely make sure your rabbit pose no risks before they release it back to you.
