can you just imagine how many of these posts we see everyday? might as well hook you up with people if you* won't. i've done that several times already and sometimes it works.

* not you-you personally but a lot of these posters are just too damned passive.

i understand where you're coming from. I've tried to meet up with several posters here but they end up not coming or the venue is so damn hard to find.
it's not easy but oh well, you gotta do what you gotta do. ;)

We had a successful group that started here in the forums but of course, this being in Singapore, a lot of the members are transient. Even I won't be around for a long time (definitely not as long as SMS). That's just the way things are here in this country--people move on.

Anyway, you want a group going, make it really enticing for people to come. The last successful group was by that fella named Fabian. or DJ-R. Not sure anymore. They probably winded down now (clubbing/bar hopping every week gets tiring real fast).

Make it really attractive or make it really easy.

what i really like is just to have a small group over coffee or drinks. not really the party/clubbing type, as you've said, it's pretty tiring.

But the thing is, when it's a small group, some people take it as if you're looking for a date. it's creepy and scary. although I know there are nice people here, somewhere in the hiding and i'm really looking forward meeting them.

@ eysi

I hear what ur say. It's easier 2 get arrested in this country than meeting up with some like minded people. I'm happy 2 give it a go. Drop me a mail at [email protected]

A

THIS.

BTW, that's not true. It's easy to find like-minded people...
