Rhinoplasty in Thailand - best surgeon to remove bump??

I am looking into getting the bump on the bridge of my nose shaved so that it is straight. It is not a huge bump but one that I have been very self-conscious about for most of my life.

Has anyone else had this type of rhinoplasty done? do you have before and after pics? ([email protected]) Which Doctor did you use? were you happy with your result?

Can anyone recommend the best surgeon for nose reduction?
