I'm planning a trip to Niseko (Hokkaido, Japan) from Jan 6 - 14 and hoping to rent a house. It accomodates 10 people, anyone game? 6 places left

I'm sure you've heard all about the legendary Niseko Powdery snow, mecca for snow hounds! Best snow in Jan Like any snow trips, the more the merrier eh

Is Niseiko crowded? I'm a beginner at snowboarding and I'm really afraid of crowded slopes. Don't want to get into an accident

Somewhat related question, but I really want to go skiing with my family too, but worried about the cold (especially for the kids). Any recommendations for good winter jackets/thermal wear for young children? I find that a lot of them are very bulky and difficult to pack But at the same time, also want to be able to keep my kids warm!
