Anyone tried "Landed Permanent Residence (LPR) Scheme" ?

The cost for applying lpr is S$1500 and they havent changed untill now. I applied in the month of December 2008 and it is still under process

I have some questions about
f. Salary Slips for the last six months
g. Income Tax returns for the last three years

1.Do these have standard format ?
2.What kinds of files do you submit when you apply for LPR? Paper or electronic file?

I have question. My husband wants to apply for Landed PR. His background is Technical Information with working experience in programming, SAP, Business Process and Data Analyst. What is the procedure to apply for Landed PR and how much is the cost for now? We will be applying from Indonesia. As for me, i have degree for bachelor and master in economic specialized in marketing, but my working experience mostly in telecommunication operators (like singtel but in indonesia's operator). What is the probability to get the LPR? Could anyone help? Thank you so much for your help.
