looking for downtown condo suggestions (SGD$7K budget)

Post by losbbubles » Sat, 13 Aug 2011 4:00 am

Hello, my wife and I are moving to Singapore and will need to move into a home in mid-to-late September. We will be doing some house hunting late next week (Aug 18-19) and would love to get some suggestions on some buildings we should consider. Specifically, we'd like to be in the CBD-area (Marina/Orchard Road/Clarke Quay/etc) and are targeting nice properties that are in the SGD$6000-7000 range that are ideally at least 1000sq/ft and located 2-3 minutes from an MRT. Any suggestioons/ recommendation on buildings to consider would be much appreciated. Thank you...

There is a nice search function on this site in the Real Estate portal.

This is probably the best place to start. Pick your MRT station and start the search in the vicinity.

For that kind of money don't think 1500 sq ft would be too far out of your budget either... Depends if you want it furnished though and what requests you'd like to make from the landlord.. LED tv etc...
