It depends on the doctor you choose, and the material you use in your nose. If you use silicon etc, which is a kind of material more likely to cause infection in some people/and shifting of position, then there is a likelihood that you gotta redo your nose in some years to come. (esp when the nose becomes slanted to one side etc). However, if you choose some other materials like your own septal cartilage (if you have enough of it) or ear cartilage and probably rib cartilage too, the risks of infection will be lowered and the structure of your nose will also be more stable than silicon noses.
