In fact i want some one to do a favor for me in Singapore,
and i will help him/her in Istanbul.(free domicile , exploring Istanbul or even pay money for helping me)

You should rather post it to some local travel related forums/boards. The number of expats residing in Singapore going to Turkey and being possibly tempted by your offer will be close to zero.

Ask our favourite resident Turk Ozzie, he flies back to Istanbul in first class every month and it's paid for by his company (along with a mansion on holland road, a Bentley, and 3 sexy live-in maids from Szechuan)

There is not any suspicious parcel :D
its a usual parcel and you will got it from my attorney in Singapore, dont worry its absolutely legal!

At the same time it is so important that it is handled locally by an attorney. Yep, makes sense.

i tried it! there are lot of stupid laws here and they returned parcel in front of my eyes.
and stupid post man says to use airline!

no problem, i just try. i will find a solution by myself of course.
