Dear all,
I am currently a NUS Student, Singapore PR(served NS and becoming a Singaporean).
I hope to bring my wife over to Singapore to stay with me as she likes the environment here.
Currently I am staying in HDB which was bought by my parents in 1999.
The flat is under their names. ( All my family members are PR)
May I know how can I bring my wife over to Singapore?
I have searched the following ways but unable to decide on the best option.
PR> I do not have a stable income and hence not able to prove any income tax or CPF proof. Chances will be low?
LTVP ?
Student pass?
Or we travel out of the country monthly and returns the day after?
(But it seems like I can only return on DAY 6 according to the website?)
I am unable to find a way out and came here to seek for your help and solution.

LTVP with your parents as her sponsor? That's the best bet. Followed by a student pass if she can get into a qualifying tertiary school.

Thank you very much for the reply. However, when I enter the website, they only have the following options:
+Parent of Singapore Citizen/Singapore Permanent Resident
(Note: Parent-in-law is not eligible)
+Spouse of Singapore Citizen/Singapore Permanent Resident
+Child of Singapore Citizen/Singapore Permanent Resident
+Child/Grandchild on Student Pass
+Holders of Employment Pass Eligibility Certificate
+Students of Institute of Higher Learning
+Permission to Deliver a Child in Singapore
+Economic Scheme
and I need to choose either one of them.
Can they still be her sponsor? Under which category??
Thanks alot!

Go with spouse of Singapore citizen/PR and when it comes to sponsorship you might have to do a meetup with them to have your parents act as sponsors. A trip to ICA might be worth in the short term.
