Girls I am really curious why you want to increase your breast size? I have a daughter and I am trying to understand what young girls are thinking .... just to be prepared. There are some exercise that could help you if you want just to shape them a little bit. http://www.waystoincreasebreast.com/201 ... mentation/ I approve implants but I am not sure what I will think if my daughter wants to have ones.

It's mainly for self-confidence for me. I am cursed to have completely flat chest that can't even fill an AA cup bra. I don't "like" to go swimming because I just don't look good in swimsuits. I'm 25 years old but my body look like a 10 year old girl who have not hit puberty yet. Although my Fiancè doesn't mind but I'm extremely conscience about it. We're getting married soon and I know I'll look horrible in any wedding dress because of my flat chest. So I'm really trying to save up for my BA before my wedding.

I'm not doing this for my fiancé at all. I'm doing this for myself. To make myself feel like a woman. To have that confidence in my own skin.

Hi guys!
I know this is an old thread but I thought I would post it here since it's relevant haha I've been contemplating a boob job for 10 years and I've just finally done it in Korea! So just wanna talk about it and hopefully help those who, like me, have been thinking about it for the longest time :)

I've thought about implants but I really didn't want something foreign in my body, and after reading that you have to change them every 10 years, I decided against it. Back then, fat grafting was still a bit new and everyone was talking about calcification so I decided against it too. Then breast injection came about and I was really excited but then you have to top up anyway so I ended up not doing that.

Then a few years ago, I read that in Japan and Korea, they are adding stem cells and/or PRP to fat grafting so the risks are lower, so I started trolling Korean forums (they call them "cafe").
Even then, I was scared of surgery (who isn't!) so I kept putting things off until last year when I finally decided to take the plunge. Through the Korean forum, I talked to a couple of girls after seeing their before/after pictures because even though fat grafting is supposedly natural, I've seen some really unnatural pictures on those forums! So after approaching a couple of clinics, I decided on Fresh because their prices were reasonable, they have experience, the girl whom I approached had really natural results, AND best of all, they specialise in removing calcifications for girls who did their fat grafting at other clinics LOL

I ended up being flooded by work last year so I couldn't do it but once things started letting up, I fixed my surgery date and I'm just back from the clinic! I would love to post up pictures but I'm afraid I can only do that tomorrow. I'm still a bit drugged so I think I need to head to bed soon and I can't find a place to upload my photos -_-

Just to let you guys know what happened -
So I went in today, they took some pictures, put me on IV drip, and the doctor came in. The ironic part about breast fat grafting is that you need to have some fats on your breasts for best results. I'm about a small B so the doctor said I'll have really good results, and plus I have ample fats on my thighs too so he was very positive about the surgery. The nurses took me into the surgery room and they literally bathed me in alcohol from shoulder down. I got on to the operating table and after they administered the anaesthesia, I was gone.

When I woke up, I was expecting to be in a lot of pain but I didn't feel anything for my breasts and my thighs just felt like I had done some workout so my muscles were aching kinda thing. I was shivering like crazy from the anaesthesia so that was one thing I didn't expect.

Anyway, I'm gonna go to bed first because the anaesthesia is still making me feel a bit groggy and puking. I'll continue part 2 tomorrow!

Part 2

For those who want to see the photos:

https://www.flickr.com/gp/164389179@N02/P83536

My right breast is naturally smaller than my left so they put in 240cc of fats in there and 210cc in my left breast. It's still a little lopsided but they did mention that they may not be able to make them perfectly equal anyway so I'm okay with it. I'm really satisfied with how the surgery turned out. I asked for PRP and stem cells to be added so that retention rate is much higher (around 80 - 90%).

As for pain, I don't feel any pain in my breasts at all; my thighs hurt though. It's like I went through some killer exercise routine and now my thighs are burning. I have to wear the tights they gave me 24/7, and I won't be able to take a shower until 3 days later. I just have to change the dressing everyday for the area where they removed my fats from. I didn't take pictures of my thighs so I won't be able to share any before/after photos (but I'll try to get the official photos they took before my surgery). I can feel my thighs are a lot smaller than before though, so it's like killing two birds with one stone.

I'm on my 2nd day post-op now so I've been walking around my estate, just doing some light walking to reduce the swelling and bruising. Supposedly the swelling for my thighs will peak on the day after the surgery till 3rd/4th day post-op, and after that, it will slowly go down. I'm scheduled to visit the clinic again in 2 weeks for them to remove the stitches and they do have some post-op care for the thighs too.

I can't wear any wire bras for a month so I'm just really counting down to the days I can wear a proper bra and see how much my breasts have changed! The facilitator told me in order to have the best results, you need to put on 1 - 2 kg so I'm trying to eat a lot more than before.

Just in case anyone wants more info, you can just reply here or private message me~

Hey! Sorry for my late reply as I went back to work and I've been busy.

I'm not too sure about fat survival rate because the swelling has gone down considerably so it does look smaller. However, my chest measurements are hovering around 84cm (85cm was my previous measurement, like right after the surgery). Supposedly from the 10th day mark till 1 month, that's the period where the fats either survive or don't, so I'm really trying to stuff myself and going for post-surgery treatments where they put this light/laser thingy over your chest, on top of radiofrequency treatment to help the lipo area.

Price-wise.. I paid about 4 million KRW, this includes:
- Harvest jet
- PRP
- Stem-cell
- GST
- Pressure garment for the lipo area

TBH, I went to a lot of websites, called up places, popped down for numerous consultations, and this is the most value-for-money place. I've had one clinic trying to charge me almost 10 million KRW after I asked to include stem-cell with harvest-jet -_- And I mean, if you're gonna do fat transfer, you NEED stem-cell if you want the fat survival rate to be over 80%. I found another clinic to be good cost-wise but for some reason, the doctor said they have to cut at the armpits to insert the fats in. I didn't want the scar there and have people think I did implants so I had to cut that clinic out too. Fresh was good for me because omg, seriously, if you see their website, the scar is just a dot. Okay enough raving haha

Anyway, just a quick update:

It's been almost 3 weeks! Yay! I was so happy when they took off my stitches last week; it was so troublesome trying to take a shower in them since I have to keep covering it up and making sure it doesn't get wet, which most of the time, it still ended up getting wet so I have to use a hairdryer each time to dry them. Swelling has gone down considerably, though I still have bruises. My only concern is the lumps on my inner thighs, right beside my crotch. Apparently, if you do lipo on inner areas such as armpits, double-chin, inner thighs etc., the skin forms significant lumps. It takes a month or two for them to go down, which is a bit long, imho. They have the post-op care which I mentioned above but only one session is complimentary, which is the one they will give when you go back in to take off the stitches. After that, you can purchase a package of 5 sessions (and they'll throw in a session for free) for about 200,000++KRW? I can't remember the exact price now. I really want the best results for myself so I resolved to visit the clinic twice a week for the post-op care even though it's really far away from place.

I'm really satisfied with the results still, though I'm fairly certain I will go for round 2! I was so sure I'll be satisfied if I hit a C but now I'm getting greedy and I want it bigger  Second round is cheaper, in case anyone wants to know, harvest-jet itself is 1.5 million KRW, so throwing in PRP and stem-cell again would make it 2++million, have to check the price with them again. Unfortunately, i won't be able to do it so soon; the fastest you can do is about 4 months after the first surgery, but the recommended time-frame is 5 - 6 months after. I'm gonna play it safe and wait till September...

Hi Rainjoy,
Thanks for the detailed informations and photos, I am happy for you that you finally did what you have been wanting to do. I'm originally A cup but after 2x of pregnancy and breast feeding, I'm doing become -A, hardly filled up the cup and even push up bra can't push up anything.. I do not have much fats on my belly and thigh, so how and where to find fats to transfer to the breast? Does it means that I am not able to opt for this method but only can use the implant?

Hi Yippie131!

I'm not too sure as I'm not the doctor but I believe if you do not have sufficient fats in one area, they will take it out from several. I'm not too sure if that will mean extra cost though. From what I know, they can take it out from your arms, back, belly, thighs, even calves.

As for implants or not... I think it really depends on your expectations and wants. If you say you're -A now, then you would probably only maximum hit an A after the surgery. Half a cup increase is the usual; max. one cup. If you don't mind implants, you can do a combination of both for that oomph factor  For me, I just didn't want to go through the hassle of changing my implants every 10 years or so haha

Hmm, this post, and forum too actually, seems a bit dead but for those who are still visiting here, I am planning to go for Round 2 next week!

I’m a steady small C now, no changes in my breasts size even after a year. I can see that it’s bigger than before and my old bra is too small now. My thighs have kind of gone back to its original size though, because like all office workers, I eat, I sit, I eat, I sit again, so my ass and thighs seem big now. Or maybe it’s just my imagination haha.

In any case, I’m greedy so I want a second round. I was supposed to do it last September but work happened so I’ve pushed it till April. This time, I’m taking abdomen fat with stem cell and PRP thrown in. Price was around 2.8million KRW. Let’s hope that I’ll be satisfied with this round of top-up!

It seems that people are still reading but not commenting anymore so I'm just gonna update my experience!

This is me around 6 months after my first op!
https://www.flickr.com/gp/164389179@N02/uvv618

I wore a push-up bra underneath the black camisole for more oomph, but for the white one, there's nothing underneath! It's amazing but I'm greedy so second op it is!

I did it on 30th April and now, it's week 4! So I used to be around 79cm before my first op, then I went to 83cm after my second op, and after my second op, I'm around 87cm!

https://www.flickr.com/gp/164389179@N02/nT9Ys2
Left is the first day of my second op, then right is the second day.
So you can see, the bruises usually only start appearing on the second day, and it's the same for my lipo site.

I took it off my tummy this time, and it's so much easier than thighs! The bruises are not as serious, and the downtime was a lot lesser. From day 5 onwards, I could start walking normally already, but I remember for my thighs, it took more than 2 weeks before I could sit and get up normally and walk normally too. Even now, on week 4, all of my tummy bruises are gone but for my thighs, I had them for I think more than 2 months.

Anyway, I'm definitely a strong C cup now so I'm very, very satisfied! I'm not sure if I will go for a 3rd op... but let's see! So this concludes my experience at Fresh, and I'm still going there for my weekly post-op care where they use radiofrequency to help with your lipo area and some light laser for your breasts.

When I was researching for fat transfer information, there weren't a lot as usually girls choose to put in implants so I hope my experience here can help anyone who's thinking of considering a fat transfer!

That's pretty impressive RainJoy - I would watch out though that you don't build up a lot of scarring and wound damage from repeated surgeries....

I've been actually suspicious about RainJoy and if she is who she claims to be. After all she has been posting from a Korean ISP since she registered on the board (well over a year now). I'm thinking either employee or paid shill from the bodyshop.

Hmm.. I've never thought about that but I would say this is my max #-o
My thighs are the only place with ample fats now but there is no way I'm doing lipo for my thighs ever again.. the downtime was just horrible.
