What to expect in interviews?

I was wondering what format Singpore interviews are. Do they do a full-fledged technical interview and a separate HR interview or is it a generic interview touching upon all topics (as it is common in US)

It is for a senior engineer position (!0+ yrs exp) with a major engineering MNC contractor firm

Do the interviewers expect hard copies of your resume to be handed over during the interview?

Adding to my previous post,

I am assuming formal suits are the common interview attire for men - given the tropical climate - just wanted to be sure so that you do not look overdressed

Will a jacket with no tie work?

But then - it is always better to be overdressed for an interview
