Moving to Singapore, Need perscriptions

I will be moving to Singapore from the US very soon and am needing to know if I could get my current perscriptions over there or do I have to go though a doctor in SG. If I do need to see a doctor in SG could I get some suggestions of doctors?

if you could get your current doctor to write a note, you can probably get a singapore doctor to continue prescribing whatever medication you've been taking in the US.

most, if not all, medications will be available to you, but your american prescription will not be valid in a singapore pharmacy unless in an extremely exigent situation and/or if you're on a tourist visa.
