I checked with the bank and they have a court order against me to pay all the money with interest and legal fees, immediately. I do intend to pay back all the money but it is impossible to pay all at once.
Can someone please tell me about the implications of the court order on immigration? In this case, do I need to pay all the monies before coming to Singapore?

Might be a good idea. Otherwise, you might be greeted by the bailiff and everything you own seized and your passport impounded until such time as they get their ounce of satisfaction. Whether and how much this might be is another story of which I don't have any details.
