Any good condos near Chatsworth international school Orchard

Hi anyone have any good advice on good condos for 5 people near Chatswood school Orchard campus. Our budget is 6k and need something min 1700sqft and 3+1. Good amenities are also essential. Cheers in advance

Will be relocating to Singapore with the family and 2 kids 6 and 4..is it better to register them at local schools or international school?
