Hi! My husband and I may be relocating for two years to Singapore...is anyone here from the USA or know if there are any products not available in Singapore? (I'm a fan of Philosopohy and Khiels if that helps...)
Thank you!!

Hey,
You can get just about anything here in Singapore, and then some. The previous reply about the deodorant stick is right on the money though. For some reason that stuff is limited and what is available is too expensive.
Other than that, I've never really found myself trying to find anything that I couldn't locate.
Cheers.

I from the US too but I've lived here alot.
You can pretty much get anything you need here. As far as getting a particular brand name... it can be hit and miss. It's funny the stuff they have hear in abundance and then other things you just can't find.
Really it just depends on what you want.
For the most part this is the best place in asia to live if you are looking for american products>

Hi, i jus came back to singapore after staying in US for abt 3 yrs. Bascially alot of things in america u can get here. but if u & hubby are smokers, the cigarettes cost much more her than in US. and if have kids, the diapers here cost more than in US too. Personally i find that alotta things and places, like restaurants (esp. fast food rest.) are more kids-friendly in US.

Kiehl's (which to me, makes the best lipbalm ever) has just opened a store here at Scotts Shopping Centre. Hooray to more lipbalm!

Enema bags cannot be found in Singapore! Apparently they are illegal.

you can find philosophy, laura mercier ( well in general stuff from Sephora ) in Singapore at True Colors over at Ngee Ann city Orchard Road. It costs like SGD 75 - 88 for a Philosophy shampoo here. The usual counter stuff is abundantly available , while some only available in salons.

SMS is right, by excluding your second child (assuming he is male) you make your intentions very clear.
