I've had a look around the forum and looked at some 2011 salary surveys but was just curious.. how accurate are the salary surveys? Is it reasonable to expect that the brackets quoted are an approximate market rate for the particular job/level?

This is for Annex A right?

Very simple.
Basic = Basic
Gross = Basic + Fixed monthly allowances

No need to mention bonus / any variable allowances...
