I might be a cantankerous, crusty old curmudgeon, but me instinct is usually pretty good. Though I've been wrong before... once. I thought I'd actually made a mistake.

SOME PEOPLE TRY TO TURN BACK THEIR ODOMETERS. NOT ME. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW WHY I LOOK THIS WAY. I'VE TRAVELED A LONG WAY, AND SOME OF THE ROADS WEREN'T PAVED. ~ Will Rogers
the people here have given you some advice as to how you can repay your debt but all you're doing is asking for handouts.
so... i have an unusual solution - you can bring your story to TNP and see if they will run it. if they do, you'll have no end of "small amounts."

I find it hard to believe that based on your salary of 4551, you are able to get such high credit limit....sriks_21 wrote:can some one help me to close anz/citi card alone....ocbc is the biggest debt outstanding.
OCBC 60000
SCB 11000
Citi 7200
ANZ 4900
Other debts are my wife gold jewels which anyways goes to auction....salary advance which will be adjusted in next three months salary..
my salary is 4551
Normally the bank will only approve 2x or at most 4x your monthly salary credit limit for any credit cards....
So.....it makes me wonder how could you get such a high credit limit....
To all bro, please correct me if I am wrong...
Therefore you story does not really add up....I am just trying to understand....

You ask for help on this forum. You say that small amounts deposited directly into your credit card account will do. Yet you earn a salary of about $4500 which is more than many locals.
I take it from the "small amounts" requested that you do not intend to repay anyone who helps you. Correct me if i am wrong.
I expect scams like these happen every day in this digital age. Anyone who is not a fool would be sceptical.

You asked for help and we gave you advice. The problem is what you want is alms. Naturally, people want to know more why you're asking for money, to make sure no one gets cheated. According to your original story, if true, this is how you got cheated in the first place. Someone on the internet asked you for money and you gave her some without even checking.
And don't say it's different because it's the exact same thing. You even made it worse by joining activities that cost money in the other thread. How are we to believe your financial woes then?
You're asking us for something and you're not exactly in the position to be choosy or defiant.
We helped you but not in the way that you want. You don't want help, you want free money.

You know what, just stop it.
You're not really helping your case and it's safe to say, everyone's just pissed off at you at this point. We even got non-regulars calling you out on your dubious cry for help. That rarely happens.
You're right. You should just go. You won't get help here anymore. I'm changing the title of this thread.
EDIT: was posted from my phone. autocorrect messed things up.

Sorry for being nosy, but I am very curious, that is why I asked Srik_1 on this questions....it just does not add up.
His wife is undergoing medical treatment, but yet he is inviting some gals for party, disco...(in another thread 30' meeting up group)....based on this fact, either he does not really care for his wife (heartless guy)...or he is trying his luck on the innocent "females" as he calls it...and where does he gets his money to party???? May be we can "Sponsor" him? hmmm....I don't think so.
Sorry, I really amazed on how people can be so daring and shameless to ask for help yet I find that he is really not sincere.... I am really disappointed to see how our world has turned into.....
