Not easy to find fusion vegetarian restaurants around here, but one that sprongs to mind is the Green Room cafe in Bishan Park, which is part of the Aramsa Spa facility. The menu has a good range of Eastern and Western dishes, like Laksa, Portobello Burger and Tom Yam Noodles, etc.. It is quite a pleasant place to dine, with average/above average dishes, but a bit hit and miss regardless. Worth trying at least once. I still recommend Fortune Centre for a wider variety of vegetarian food, although it is largely Chinese style, eg. mock roast duck/barbecued pork, baked brown rice and vegetarian noodles. Still my number one choice, and what's more you have at least 3 levels of food to choose from. Let us know how you got on with your quest!
