Where is everyone here buying their pork.
Supermarket, Retail Butcher or Wet Market and why?

All three places. Supermarket because it late. Retail Butcher because you want thick cuts with pockets for stuffed porkchops, Wet Market for price. Generally I stick with supermarkets as most is airflown chilled from Aus. and the price is between local pork from Malaysia and Butcher who cut open your wallet at the same time as the cut your meat.

Supermarket - because I can't wake up early enough to get the good stuff at the wet market.
Pork is the cheapest meat at the supermarket anyhow and its convenient to buy it while doing the rest of the food shop and groceries.

LOL.
Sorry guys I just moved back to Singapore after 6 years being away. I just wanted to see what changed as I used to go to Swiss Butchery because of their service but I am living near CBD now. I just like my pork roast.

Buying a property, what are the chances the tenant will move?

If you buy a property that's tenanted, what are the chances that the tenant will move? What's a fair compensation to the tenant?

It depends on the TA wording and remaining lease.
If TA does not address sale of property then you have to rely on the TA cancellation of lease...

Buying a condo in Singapore

Does it make more sense to buy a condo in Singapore rather than to pay rent to the landlords?

I already own - the issue is that this distorts the market unevenly. It swings to the market towards the new units and away from the resale units.
