I am in the process of getting an Employment pass with the Singapore branch of the company i currently work for here in the UK - big US MNC. What i wanted to know is the EP allows me to come in and out of Singapore as many times as i like over the period of the pass which is 2 years. Does this mean i can travel freely around Asia, as i plan to travel around for short breaks and during my holidays whilst in work in Singapore. I'm assuming this isn't a problem. I have a full UK passport.

Yes.
SOME PEOPLE TRY TO TURN BACK THEIR ODOMETERS. NOT ME. I WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW WHY I LOOK THIS WAY. I'VE TRAVELED A LONG WAY, AND SOME OF THE ROADS WEREN'T PAVED. ~ Will Rogers
YES, and EP is a multiple-entry Visa at the same time.
Of course you have to follow the regulations of the countries that you visit, but about Singapore, no problem in entering and leaving as many times as you wish. Just show your EP always together with your passport in inmigration controls.
