Not that the party is already up and running for 60 years? That would explain the need for very good and careful planning.

I actually thought it might be thread asking whether anyone has planned a restaurant birthday for a 60 year old before, to gather recommendations...
This is quite a niche area of expertise...
I did help plan one in my home country this year, it was a pub and the service was great!!
