Leaving Singapore Procedures

Post by carlsum1986 » Tue, 26 Jul 2011 3:11 pm

Hi,
I have a few questions as I may possibly be moving out of singapore to thailand for a new role.
If I give in my one month notice to my current employer, what are the procedures that need to be taken and how much time in advance?
I would like to know in relation to EP cancellation. How much in advance should I request they cancel the EP?
Do I need to go down to MOM to submit the EP card and get a social visit pass stamp?
Are there any other procedures in regards to EP?
I read that taxes will be deducted from my last month pay cheque so I got that covered.
I am just in confusion with the EP and how long in advance notice is needed for the cancellation.

Thanks

 breaks my heart I got to leave........
