Hi to all,

This forum has been a great help to all the foreigners. Please keep it up.

Well, in my case, I am a SPR since last 5 years and just got a renewal for another 5 years. I got married an year ago. My wife was staying with me on LTSVP before I applied PR for her in January 2011. My wife is still on LTSVP and Its been almost 6 months and status still shows "Pending"...

Any idea how long does the process take and what could be the outcome??

You have asked the 65K dollar question. If we knew the answer to that one, we could all be very rich. How long is a piece of string. What are the lotto numbers for Wednesday's draw? As it's not been rejected out of hand, I'd say that there might be light at the end of the tunnel. But don't go throwing any wrenches/spanners into the works as you could derail the processes. Just keep on hanging on.

Now a days the the waiting time is more , It might take 9- 12 months for the outcome .
