Hi mate, I'm sure you've been there and done that but if you haven't: for a home gym, I find it much more flexible to have a straight flat bench with 4 dumbells and as much weight as you need to do a circuit.
Unless you always have a spotter, you shouldn't be doing full weight bar presses, there is too much that can go wrong. With dumbells you can push it full weight to exhaustion - worse case you can drop them from almost anywhere without choking or injuring yourself. Maybe you chip your tile floor but that's a small price.
If you haven't, you should consider it in your plan, it takes less room and gives a safer workout.
