Thank you so much both... I'll visit ICA tmr, to find out why my application been withdrawn without further documents asked, as I never move and didn't receive any letters from ICA. :x
But, what if, a letter been sent by ICA, but couldn't reach me, but i keen to furnish whatever documents that they're looking for; do u think that anyways to appeal on it??

Appeal for not being on the ball for any ICA requests ? In this climate, I doubt it ..

though don't get too worked up: email or call ICA and ask .. or better still, go and ask them in person.

Having to physically go to ICA, when you could call or e-mail them is so '3rd world', and probably contributes to the hideous experience that IS visiting ICA.

In the first instance, I'd simply e-mail them.

my experience with ICA (I hope I don't get flamed .. )

Walk in: 1 day ... and maybe hours of waiting ..

Call: well, good luck if and when somebody picks up, as the calls repeatedly remind you to email them or visit the website at www.ica.gov.sg

Email: within 3 working days, though so far, it happens to be on the third working day .. :)

If you can wait 3 days, it's *WAY* preferable to going there.

Perhaps you don't realise what a hideous experience it is, from the consumer-side of things...

I have experience on both e-mail and calling ICA on the same issue. I e-mail them on Friday night.

The reply to my e-mail came after one week.

I went to ICA yesterday, the officer at counter was unable to advise, as the reason not stated on system, but suspected due to my EP expired (but MOM is being process for my card issuance)... She told me that, it might be my application is going finalizing with a result, but notified that my EP is expired (although e-application has been approved, but yet issuance); thus, considered I am ineligible for this application... Thus, 'temporary' withdrawn my application.

So, my next question is, "is there any ways to continue applying this?" She answered, "yes, you may bring & show your renewed card to ICA when obtained; then ICA will further proceed your application."

So, wish me luck... ^.^
