Having to physically go to ICA, when you could call or e-mail them is so '3rd world', and probably contributes to the hideous experience that IS visiting ICA.ecureilx wrote: though don't get too worked up: email or call ICA and ask .. or better still, go and ask them in person.

In the first instance, I'd simply e-mail them.
