Need more info. Someone must have withdrawn as it cannot be withdrawn without prior approval or knowledge
You applied under family ties or sponsor or what ?

I think there is an honest error by ICA . Go to ICA to reinstate the application. I have seen a couple of this issue before and the applicants is not at fault

I believe you applied as a family. I do not think it will affect one bit. Rejection or approval all depends on what you have stated in your application. Get this withdrawal sorted first then go from there

PR status online been withdrawn

Post by Kylie_image » Mon, 21 Oct 2013 5:34 pm

I've placed my PR application on 20-June-2013; this morning checked, my application was stated "pending". But, just now (ard 3:50pm), it is stated "withdrawn"... What does it mean "withdrawn"????
Could anyone please advise. Many thanks....

One reason could be that, they asked you for additional documents to be sent within a specified date, you didn't receive the letter, deadline passed and they changed the status to withdrawn. Did you change your residence address by any chance and not inform ICA?

Did you bother to read this thread in it's entirety?

Yes, why? I was responding to Kylie_image. I know for sure, that if you they ask you to send additional docs and you don't send them, the status changes to "withdrawn". There could be other reasons, but I said "one reason could be" in my post.

and for some of the cases, when they send an approval letter, and you forgot to see the letter or your previous landlord threw it away, it also changes to withdrawn ..
