Please recommend good tailored-shirt shops

All,

Can someone recommend any tailor shops?
Budget around SGD 60-90?
I am looking to tailor a few richly textured shirts.

Any good shops with good workmanship?

There was a guy i used to go to by the name of Tony he has a place @ The Central - Russo Shirts. Think he's acceptable.
