Just like to know that LTVP pass holder can work in Singapore? or need to get a valid work pass to start work? pls advice.

How is the possibility to get LTVP to EP or any other work pass?

Not allowed to work on LTVSP at all.

It's easy if your spouse is Singaporean or PR to exchange the LTVSP for work pass, as you do not count towards the quota system though you have to submit an application now for EP, S, Or work permit depending on your qualifications, each case is looked at case by case. Though it's normally straight forward
