new s pass application from rejected one

hi there people mr SMS.. i like this forum soo much.. it helped us a lot..

here's my case sir.. after all the thing my employer did now i finally got the answer, my pass it was rejected... after making the appeal ive waited for 21 days still the appeal didnt work.. i have accepted it but deep inside i was soo depress but now i have to move on..

now il be having an interview again on another employer same work as a customer service agent at changi airport.. IF IN CASE i got hired my question is how will the things work right now after the rejection just 2 days ago will there be a chance that i would get approved this time? will the MOM see my last application? im afraid they will reject it right away if they saw my previous s pass rejection.. should i take the chance now or wait for some couple or 3 months to apply for another s pass? what would be my chances this time? just askin sir coz now i have a phobia of applying and waiting for a pass im soo nervous this time for the outcome..
is it possible that my previous employer in the middle east ban me from getting a job in the singapore becouse i didnt comply from my resignation, is there any link between MOM and other employers abroad? can they talk to mom? hope u can answer my questions and im sorry sir for having a lot of questions... more regards to you all and godbless thanks a lot il be waitin for some replies..

MOM will always see all of your rejections or approvals or troubles.

If you were rejected for criteria and the new job is the same as the last one, frankly, if you want the truth, you are just wasting your time. I know it's cruel, but so would blowing smoke.

You employer from the middle east cannot do anything so don't worry about that. Your problem is that you don't have something that is really needed that cannot be filled by a local/PR and/or the criteria has been tightened up to a point that you do not qualify. Sorry.
