Starting a band

hey gang,

I'm a drummer and I'm looking for some people to jam with and start a band. I'm interested in alternative and heavy rock. I also like other styles such as surf guitar, and ska, and older punk stuff.

Examples: Rage Against the Machine, Weezer, Dick Dale, Bad Religion, Green Day, The Planet Smashers.....

Anyone interested?

Also, what are some good locations to play shows around town?

used to play keyboard but i believe i need some time to refresh.

hmm,i like Weezer as well we may have something in common i guess.
would be nice to meet up though:)

i'm a concert maniac btw.haha.

they have some good places for jamming sessions i believe:)

I caved in and bought a Telecaster, gotta use it soon! Is a jam session still on? I think I'm pretty much on the same page as magicbaconmachine as far as music taste goes.
