Moving to East Coast - Condos?

Post by Ckdo92 » Sat, 09 Jul 2011 12:32 am

Hello everyone,
Moving to Singapore in August, we will want to live on east coast. We have 2 toddlers, and we like the prospect of getting them running in East Coast park before a good night sleep...
So, the question is which condo are close enough to the park so you can access it within 5 min walk?
Anybody with feedback regarding Villa Marina, the bayshore/baysore park, laguna park or mandarin gardens? Those seem prime candidate for us.
Any feedback much appreciated.

Merci

Well, I would expect that with two toddlers, any walk to east coast will be a bit more than 5 mins, more like 15 to 20, and of course it depends how far you are away from a tunnel or bridge and how strong your kids are. I'd say that any of the older and larger estates on the the east coast would suit , we loved Bayshore Park, it'd large enough not to have to leave it, really. tanjong rhu would be probably too far away, Meyer road has several candidates as well. Good luck
