i called a few lines and being offered the range between 4500-5000 . Is it expensive. Both operates 24HRS

locations will be Yew Tee - 5000
and another near Parklane - 4500

Is that inclusive of utilities, collecting, washing, and returning dishes, etc? Are there other charges?

That's 1500 $3 meals per month, 50 per day. Looks like you might be working for the landlord.

Maybe you can try 81 Aircon. Have actually tried their service before. Their servicing i think is around $30? They have package also.
