On the News Today - Massage may Ease Back Pain

Postby carteki » Thu, 07 Jul 2011 12:58 pm

Must be a slow news day back home...

Massage may ease back pain

Massage therapy may help people who suffer from chronic back pain, although the effects tend to disappear over the longer term.

I'm wondering how much money and time was spent on that research project?

And then we had this statement of true brilliance...

I wonder what the results of the test to see if a happy ending helps with a groin strain were?

They wouldn't be short of volunteers

Yeah but it would be by some big, burly woman in her 40's nicknamed 'Big Bertha' and the routine would include her standing on your back.

Hey, remember this thread?

More researchers wasting money:
Dr. Obvious Research Center
10 of Such Studies
Even more waste of money

Seriously, I don't know how someone in their right mind would approve such funding.

No sh*t sherlock!

How about:

- Research shows that food may ease hunger
- Studies prove that drinking water could possibly quench thirst
- Report finds that not sleeping is potentially detrimental to health
- Analysts say that being poor and homeless has negative effects on well-being
