Can happen. Can also move all the way down to S Pass or not be renewed at all.

Hi Revhappy,

As per your statement "EPs on IT jobs are relatively easier to get but thats only if you are getting atleast 4k+ in salary on an EP P2." is very true...

I worked in singapore from JAN 2011 to june 2011 on EP P2 pass at that time EP was approved immediately at taht time expereince was 3.0 and package 4200 SGD..

Now i have got new offer where salary is 5000 SGD so chances of getting EP was easy ..as i had already stayed in singapore just though employee will get changed.

And I am Information Technology Engineer with good academics of distiction also now the client is IBM..so over all everything sets good to have new EP..but dnt know what MOM has in mind......
