Dear Freinds can you help me in getting the information on this particular issue.
I am rahul from india working as a manager(MBA) with 7 years experience. I want to get the PR of Singapore. One of my friend just incorrated a electronic good trading company in singapore. How he can help me can anyone guide me. He is ready to give all support. As per my knowledge he can help me by these ways.
1. He can employe me in his company and can give a salary $8000 so that i can get P-1 pass
2. He can make me share holder in his company and i can get entre pass.
Is the above options can work, although his company is 7 months old. He is saying that he can appoint me back to India and i can fold my existing ventures and job easily. Mean while i will be considered as working in singapore because i am appointed back to India by the company. I will get salary in my singapore company account. Can i apply for PR even i have visisted Singapore 1 -2 times for a week.
If yes than after how much time i apply for PR if i am on entre pass with salary more than $ 8000 and appointed in India by MNC to manage its oparation in India. If no then WHY.
IMP: How much it will cost to my friend so that i can pay him for his help. Like if he will make me share holder than he need to pay for audit fee again because directors will be changed. whatever salary i will get what tax his company will pay on that much salary. Either i have to any paid up capital because company is already established. Any other expenses will be done by company.
Please answer my above said queries. thanks friends
