You could try Singapore zoo or the night safari, Universal Studios, Sentosa or an evening in the Casino. Or even venture out to the east coast and try the seafood centre. Also check out Chinatown.

Singapore Zoo, Night Safari, Casino - will think about it

that's pretty much it. aside from events or going out of the country, anything else that is fun and interesting would more personal (friends going out or doing an activity) or something regular (taking a class). the consequence of being a small country...
