Anyone can suggest which Plastic Surgeon for the following jobs?

1) I need to lose whole body fats of 15kg esp on my arms, back, love handles, waist, thighs and calves.

2) I'm born with double eyelid but due to excess fats, my eyelid is dropping a little hence causing my double eyelid less visible.

3) I've done a silicone insertion on my nose but got it removed aft less than 2 years b'cos of extrusion, my nose's skin is thinning hence can see the foreign object. I feel like having another nose job but don't know if I am still suitable for silicone or ??

4) I've a rather round face and short chin so am thinking of defining my jaws and getting my chin implant.

Anyone can suggest the best and reasonable surgeon for the above jobs?
Should I get a local or overseas surgeon?
What are the costs involved?

Sorry, but I would think you need lose weight first, rather than looking for a plastic to remove 15kg of fats.

Best and reputable surgeons will charge a premium. I had read and heard good reviews of Dr. Woffles Wu and Dr. Marco Faria (plastic) and Dr. Audrey Looi (ophthalmologist).

I have personally visited a couple of reowned and reputable clinics/ hospitals in Korea a couple months back.
My girlfriend opt for Wonjin-Korea for her rhinoplasty, personally attended by Dr Park-founder as recommended by me and she looks really good!
