Anyone staying at Amaryllis Ville at Newton area ?

I`m looking for an apartment and liked the picture of Amaryllis Ville.
Does someone stay there ?
Advise me how do you like there ?

Saw amaryllis a few weeks back and thought it was quite nice. Apartment had a decent layout, but a bit small on the room size.

Big issue is the construction activity around the area. Just make sure that the unit you are renting does not face one of the buildings being developed, else you'll have to deal with noise throughout the day, and possibly into the evening.

Live there now. It's quite nice, best of the ones I saw and very convenient. As mentioned, we got a place facing away from the road and construction, and it's nice and quiet.

Note that apartment owners know it's the nicest place around and are very unwilling to budge on their asking price - however, there are PLENTY of empty apartments - at least 4 of 6 on my floor, and the elevators / common areas are never busy, at all - so if they don't meet your range, just move on to the next one. I wish I wasn't in a bit of a rush, or I would have waited a bit more for a few hundred more off.
