New to SG from the UK

Post by K&J » Mon, 27 Jun 2011 10:11 pm

Hello,

My husband and I (both late 20s) moved to Singapore from England 2 months ago. I am from Yorkshire, but have spent the last 6 years living just north of London.

I am a teacher and starting work in September, so I have plenty of free time at the moment. If anyone would like to meet up for a coffee in the day or drinks in the evening let me know!

Katie

Hi Katie,

I relocated with my boyfriend (both early 30s) from London about 6 weeks ago. I'm still looking for a job so plenty of free time at the moment. Definitely up for a glass of wine or coffee. Drop me an email to fix something up.

Hi there! I moved here from Yorkshire 5 months ago! I am 25F; my free times are evenings and weekends but it would be great to meet for a coffee or something sometime! I can't pm yet so if you fancy it, drop me a line! My e-mail is rjwalker86@yahoo.co.uk. Same applies for anybody who likes cinema and film, music, the beach, exploring etc.

:D

Hi Katie, I moved here with my boyfriend (I'm late 20s, he's mid 30s) one month ago from London. I'm in Sarah's boat - also looking for a job, also very free at the moment, so definitely up for either coffee or drinks. Let me know if you want to do something.

Hi Ladies

I moved here about a month ago from the UK on my own, like Becks am working full time so free evenings and weekends but would be great to meet people for a coffee or something, and am 30 (just, and still traumatised!). Have joined a netball team too so if anyone wants to come along to a match or a social (there's one tomorrow and i don't realky know anyone yet so it'll be interesting!) you'd be more than welcome. Seems like a pretty social club.

I don't think i can pm yet either but my email address is loobylootoo@hotmail.com

Have fun

Lizzie

Hello everyone,

Sorry for the late reply, we were away last week. May be we could all try and arrange something and meet up together, may be next week sometime?

Hi Katie

That would be nice. Anyone fancy seeing the new Harry Potter and maybe get a bite to eat? Just a thought but whatever you all feel like.

Lizzie
