HDB housing INFO

hello,

As I will be moving to work in Singapore soon, I am interested in renting in the HDB housings as they aren't as costly compared to the apartments and condominiums.

I would like to know whether foreigners with an EP are allowed to rent out these HDBs unit.

Any info on who/where to contact regarding this matter? (webmaster?)
