Hi all,

From your experiences, what's the cheapest route to fly to Sydney?

It seems to me flying budget airline to Perth or Brisbane then take another to Sydney.

Sin to Perth is about 5 hours. Perth to Sydney is 5 hours on domestic flight

Sin to Brisbane is 7 hours. Brisbane to Sydney is about 1 and a half

Are you sure you want to go thru these route ?

Why don't you go direct with Jetstar. Etihad, Qantas, Tiger Airways, Virgin Blue or even SIA

Sometime going by cheap route does not mean it is going to be cheap. Compare the troubles of immigrations and transfer, why would you want to go thru all the hassles, jet lag and unforeseen delays

I agree with MS. Moreover, have you tried this?
