my friend still carrying the hp jornado. She suddenly forget the password, she has been thinking for weeks but still cant recall.. some important info inside thats why..

anyway, how to break the password, is it reformat it ??

i think reformatting will delete the important information. why don't you contact HP?

the journado sounds like a legacy product...! i think i used it on windows ce a long time back...

You need a good hacker, it can't be that difficult

I think there is a factory rest button, maybe no need for reformat! But getting the info will take someone that knows how to do it
Search on HP for the model and troubleshoot lost password.
