Hello,
I am looking for a room for a friend of mine. He will come over for 1 month to attend an internship, I know that is a very short time to stay but I would be grateful if somebody could help me. He wil arrive on the July25 and leave on August 31.

Will he have a residency permit (e.g. WP, WHP, SP, EP)?
If not, it is illegal to rent a private room and he's stuck with hotels and
Serviced Apartments.

If you are looking for a room, look up the saturday papers .. a lot of short term rentals are on the go .. and in
condos too .. you may save a lot vs
