how to get a dermatologist cert ?

in singapore, you cannot study to be a Dermatologist (eg, MMed). the closest thing is a graduate diploma in (very) basic dermatology at NUS GMS / NSC.

to be a dermatologist in singapore you'll need to head outside of singapore first... in either case, you'll need a medical degree.

then you head back and have your qualifications vetted and approved by the Singapore Medical Council.
