Woodlands and Woodgrove/Rosewood condos

Post by sonrisa » Wed, 22 Jun 2011 10:21 am

dh and I and 2 younger kids are relocating to Singapore within the next several months. We are considering staying in the Woodlands area and in particular have considered the Woodgrove and Rosewood condos. Can you please tell me if the Woodlands offers dining, hawkers, groceries, workout opportunities, library, entertainment/family fun and also, tell me the general make-up of the above condos (expats, locals, families, kids, singles) and what it is like to raise kids in a condo. We are coming from a suburban neighborhood where all the kids just pile out and play in the yards together. Do condo families pile out and meet up at the swimming pool or the playground area????
