Change of Fixed Deposit Instruction?

Hi all,

Does anyone has experience in changing Fixed Deposit instruction? Currently, my company fixed deposit is debited/credited from my operational bank accounts which is quite messy, so we opened up a new bank account solely used for Fixed deposits. Hence, we need to pass a resolution or raise a proposal to change the FD to debit/credit from the new bank account instead of the operational bank accounts. Does anyone know where i can find a template for the proposal or resolution? Your advice is appreciated. Thanks.
