Last time I was there was this April, back from Bintan, ~7pm, a queue of cabs well behind the terminal. All the previous occasions IIRC either a queue or called them up with no problems of any kinds. Could be I was just lucky but this is my record.

The obvious conclusion is that we should only arrive at TMFT when we are travelling with X9200 :D

Good to know that the situation may have improved though.

I've never had a problem in Sim Lim Square. In fact one time I was given an additional discount ($50, c.10%) without even asking for it.

Don't know what all the fuss is about.

I have witnesses for this taxis abundance :P I only regret I did not take some photos but I was not aware if the problem.

This is more on a minor annoyance side. I buy practically all computer and photo stuff in SLS.
